Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

We offer free 14-day returns/exchanges for all customers in Canada and the United States. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return/exchange shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns/exchanges shipped from the United States and $30 for all other countries. These returns/exchanges shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return/exchanges window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return/exchange:
* Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
* Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)

All below items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable:
* Engraved and monogrammed products
* Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment
* Gift cards
